The production process in the electroplating workshop can be divided into three parts: surface treatment before plating, electroplating treatment and post-plating treatment. Electroplating process equipment generally refers to the above-mentioned production equipment which directly processes parts.
The main processes of surface treatment before plating are polishing, polishing, brushing, rolling, sandblasting, degreasing, rusting, corrosion, neutralization and cleaning. According to the material, shape, surface condition and processing requirement of the parts, it is an important link to select appropriate steps to finish the surface of the parts so as to make the parts have a smooth and smooth surface. In the pre-plating process, the main plating equipments used are grinding and polishing machines, brushers, sandblasting machines, rollers and various fixing grooves.
Electroplating treatment is the main process in the whole production process. According to the requirements of the parts, one or several single metal or alloy plating processes are selected to process the parts by electroplating or dipping, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion, wear resistance and beauty. The equipment used in the electroplating process mainly includes various fixing troughs, barrel plating troughs, hangers, hanging baskets and so on.
After plating, polishing, polishing, passivation, coloring, drying, sealing and dehydrogenation of parts are carried out. One or more processes are selected to meet the quality requirements according to the needs. The common equipments for post-plating are grinding and polishing machines and various fixing grooves.
